Ahmed El-Soni, manager of Koshary Abu Daqqa restaurant, said that koshary is considered a popular or low-budget food consisting of rice, pasta, lentils, onions, hummus, and sauce. “Dish price starts from 15 LE”. “Our Koshary is best-known for its competitive quality and unbeatable taste,” El-Soni added. Also, rooting from one company alongside Blaban gives the customer a variety of opportunities between savory dishes and sugary desserts. El-Soni mentioned that quality comes on top of their company’s priorities. “The most important thing for us is the customer’s comfort and providing a satisfactory food experience”.
