If you are looking for a healthy meal with few calories, with few ingredients, we offer you the potato tuna meal, which takes only two minutes to cook.


Potatoes with tuna dish is a healthy meal that has almost no calories and is a useful meal for children and is recommended by nutritionists.


Chef Hassan Mohamed says, "This meal has many ways to cook it, but in order to get it in a short time, you must make it for two people at least."


He continued, "People do not like it because eggs are combined with tuna, but it is very tasty, and it has many benefits and few calories, and I advise those who have not tried it to eat it."

Marcelina Ezzat, a nutrition expert, explained that this meal is healthy and full of benefits, and recommends it for children and everyone who follows a diet, as 100 grams of oil-free tuna contains no more than 145 calories, and the entire meal does not exceed 300 calories, and it is saturated with carbohydrates, fiber, and iron.


Youstina Wageeh, a student, “I love to eat a lot, and I always prefer unconventional food, and when I saw this recipe, I tried it immediately because it does not take time, and I thought that it smelled bad because of the tuna in it, but it was really wonderful.”


Meal Ingredients:

Spoon of Olive Oil

Hanging Salt

Pinch of Black Pepper

Hanging Coriander

100 grams of Tuna

2 Eggs

1 Grated Potato

Pepper Colors

Parsley for garnish


Preparation method:

-Grate the potatoes with a peeler, and 

-Add 2 eggs to a bowl.

-Mix with the beater until the potatoes are combined with the eggs.

- After mixing well, add a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, and then the oil-free tuna.

-* If you want, you can add the juice of half a lemon.

- Place your pan on the stove, and add a tablespoon of olive oil.

- Then add all the ingredients along with some colored pepper.

- Then let them cook for two minutes and enjoy.
