Preparation Ingredients: 100gm fish fillet cut into 4 pieces ¼ Kilo of basmati rice 3 tablespoons lemon juice Olive Oil ¼ Kilo of ground rusk 1 Egg Crushed garlic clove 1 teaspoon of dried parsley 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of black pepper How to prepare and serve fish: Put white rice in water for 2 hours. Bring the fish and put it in salt and black pepper, with lemon juice by adding a grain of garlic. Leave the fish in the marinade for at least an hour and a half. Pour a large number of breadcrumbs on a large plate, and in another bowl pour a broken egg with salt and black pepper. Then dip it well in breadcrumbs. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare the oven tray and cover it with butter paper, then grease it with a little olive oil. Put the fillet fish in the oven dish, and grease the fish with olive oil until it becomes goldy when leveling. Insert the oven dish for 20 minutes until the fish is cooked and tectic. When the white rice is ready to be grounded, water the rice with only water and salt, without adding any fat until it is level. Serve the fish fillet with rice as the first side dish and with boiled vegetables as a second side dish.
