Summer Time: LunchBox Salad

Just in time for Summer, the goal is to look slim in your summery best. The next best thing to workouts and eat right is eating salads in the morning breakfast to stay fit and slim. Yehia Ali, a Chef in Holiday Inn in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia said, "eating cheesy salad is a quick served meal which is rich in nutrients and is useful for adults and children, if anybody prepares it for breakfast whether in schools or work”. He added that it includes lots of vitamins and minerals, besides increasing “the level of powerful antioxidants in your blood”. Ali said, "this meal does not exceed 300 calories, and can be prescribed for those who are on diet or want a specific body summery shape”. The chef explained that the salad colors themselves refresh the person’s mood with their bright colors of vegetables and fruits as you can add whatever you want from your choice. Preparation Ingredients:- - 2 Slices of Toasted Bread -Iceberg Lettuce -Cherry Tomatoes - Pickled cucumbers - 6 pieces of Greek Feta cheese -Two slices of Cheddar cheese -Two slices of Romano cheese - Black Olives -* You can add slices of boiled eggs if you want How to prepare:- -Using toothpicks, put two pieces of Greek Feta cheese in the toothpicks and wrap a slice of Iceberg Lettuce, and two pieces of cheddar, and close the stick from the head and the other with olives. -And repeat the same use of two pieces of Greek Feta cheese in the toothpicks, but wrap pieces of pickled cucumber on them with two slices of Romano cheese. -In the last toothpick, use Greek Feta cheese with olives only. -Then put the sticks in the lunch box and add with them two slices of toast and the cherry tomato. -If you like eggs, you can add one boiled egg.
