Housewives face challenges daily in cleaning their kitchens stating that the household cleaning products increased in 2022 at a high rate. YumReads tried to find out if housewives can create their own products at home to solve that dilemma whereas it is still organic and safer than artificial products. Nabil Hany, one of the United Clean Company staff said that “organic and natural substitutes are just as effective as the artificial ones”. He added that anyone can buy potash grains from the detergent shop where “you can mix it with water, so it can be liquidized and anyone can use it to clean their kitchens”. Also, Hany advised the housewives to try “mixing castile soap with vinegar or lemon juice” and pour it into a spray where it can be used to clean the countertops or even the ovens. Also, it can be used to remove black marks by scrubbing the cloth with a little bit of baking soda. Mohamed Ahmed, one of the Work Experience company staff said that you can add vinegar to salt and start cleaning your kitchen by your own selves. Ahmed mentioned too that mixing water, vinegar, and oil is a good start to clean any wooden item in your kitchen noting that you need to use a cotton cloth then clean it well, and then re-clean it by using another dry cloth.
